摘要
采用PDA -Bavendamm平板和PDA -RB亮蓝平板对 1 3个食用菌菌株进行显色试验 ,得到广草和羊肚菌可以同时产生漆酶和过氧化物酶的菌株。对其进行液态产酶试验 。
Colorful reactions of 13 edible fungi strains were studied through PDA-Bavendamm plate and PDA-RB blue plate separately.It is proved that Volvariella volvacea (GUANG CAO) and Morchella conica which can produce laccase and peroxidase.Finally the two strains with high lignocellulolytic enzymes activity production was obtained through the fermentation test in liquid state.
