摘要
对供水管线流量状态进行远程实时监测是降低供水损失率、提高企业效益的有效手段。根据城市供水检测点分布广、数量多、距离远的特点,采用GPRS无线通信技术,构建了基于GPRS的远程流量监测系统的方案,设计并实现了该系统的远程终端单元——GPRS远程流量积算仪,并利用该积算仪和HART总线通信技术实现了现场流量仪表故障的自动检测功能,提高了运行维护的效率,降低了现场仪表的报废率。
Implementation of real time remote monitoring the flow status in water supplying lines is the most effective measure to reduce loss rate in supplying and to enhance the economic benefit of enterprises. According to the features of urban water supplying, i.e. wide distribution of the detecting points, large quantity of the detecting locations, and long distance between these points, the strategy of remote flow monitoring system based on GPRS is established by adopting GPRS wireless communication technology, and the remote terminal unit, GPRS remote flow totalizer, is designed and implemented. In addition, with this totalizer and HART communication technology, the fault of the flow totalizer can be detected automatically, thus the efficiency of operation and maintenance will be enhanced and the quantity of abandoned field instruments will be reduced.
