摘要
可编程引信弹道环境仿真与测试平台是研究引信机构动态特性的试验装置,为了获得准确的试验结果,必须建立配套的测试系统。本文建立了引信机构控制与测试系统,完成了对可编程引信弹道环境仿真与测试平台多个电机进行同步控制与测试,解决了工程中遇到的新问题-引信机构动态特性的测试问题,该系统测试精度高,并且成本低。
The fuze simulation and testing device under the circumstance of the ballistic trajectory with programming is the testing apparatus that studies the dynamic characteristic of the fuze mechanism. For acquire the exact test result, the test system corresponding with the simulation and testing device must be developed. In this paper, the fuze mechanism control and testing system is developed based on the credible instance. Through this system, the synchronous control and testing of muhi-electromotor of the simulation and testing device can achieved. The new problem in the project, the testing problem of the fuze mechanism dynamic characteristic, is resolved. The results of many time tests show that the system have a higher testing precision and a lower testing cost.
