摘要
电磁发射是全部或部分地利用电能为射弹提供推力的一类新型超高速发射装置。电磁发射中最主要的部件之一是高功率脉冲电源。本文所研究的多级同步感应线圈发射(电磁发射的一种),为了能发射质量更大的弹丸,获得更高的初速,通常需要几十,甚至几百个电源模块。因此高功率脉冲电源模块的实时触发及充放电过程中的参数控制与测量成为电磁线圈发射过程中极为重要的组成部分。现场总线的规模属于局域网、总线型结构,简单但能满足现场的需要。此系统选用CAN作为现场控制总线,能满足多个电源模块的需要。
Electromagnetic launch needs a new high speed launcher that uses electric energy fully or partly. One of the most important parts of electromagnetic launch is the high-pulsed power supply. The paper focuses on the synchronization induction coil launch (one type of electromagnetic launch), which needs several even hundreds of supply modules to gain high muzzle velocity and launch heavier projectile. Therefore the timely trigger of the high-pulsed power supply modules and the controlling and measuring of the charge and discharge parameters become the critical components of electromagnetic coil launch. Field bus belongs to the local net and bus configuration. It can meet the need of locale though it is simple. Additionally,the system chooses CAN as the field control bus can meet the need of the supply modules.
