摘要
利用索氏抽提法提取苏麻籽油,对苏麻籽油的理化性质进行了测定,用GC-MS分析其脂肪酸组成及相对含量,同时对苏麻籽粕的组成进行了分析。结果表明,苏麻籽富含油脂和蛋白质;苏麻籽油中分离鉴定出了6种脂肪酸,其中主要为α-亚麻酸(53.63%)、亚油酸(12.39%)和油酸(12.09%);苏麻籽粕中富含蛋白质和矿物元素Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mg,重金属Pb未检出。
The Fructus Perillae oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method and its physicochenlical properties were determined by GC - MS, the composition of the meal was also detected. The result showed that the Fructus Perillae was rich in oil and protein. Six kinds of fatty acid were determined,α-linolenic acid (53.63%) ,linoleic acid ( 12. 39% ) and oleic acid ( 12. 09% )were the main fatty acid. The meal was rich in protein and minerals, such as Mn ,Fe,Zn,Cu ,Mg, and the heavy metal Pb was not detected.
