摘要
针对当前油田开采中后期出现的注水耗电占原油生产总成本比例大,严重制约油田的采收率这一问题,提出了先进的泵控泵技术.研发出了一套完整的基于该技术的自动化注水泵站系统.利用增压泵控制注水泵,保证大功率泵在注水参数变化时始终工作在高效区.设计了闭环压流可调自动化系统,提高了注水效率.投入运行以来,注水单耗下降了15%,日节电近25000 kWh.为油田控制生产成本、提高采收率和生产效率提供了一种有效的技术手段.
In oil field, the water injection's consume takes a great proportion in the total production cost of crude oil, which restricts oil recovery ratio seriously. For this reason, advanced pump-controlpump technique is put forward. The automatic water injection system based on this technique is developed, which makes use of pressure pump controlling water injection pump to ensure always working in high efficiency with changes of parameters for high-power pump. The closed loop automatic system with adjustable pressure and flow which enhances the efficiency of water injection is designed. Since the system was applied, the single consume dropped fifteen percent,about 25 000 kWh was saved. The system provides a kind of effective technique for oil field to control production cost, enhance recovery ratio and production efficiency.
