摘要
油田注水是国内油田稳产和增产的重要技术手段,油田的注水电耗占原油生产总成本的较大比例,故注水泵站的节能是关键。通过对泵站改造方案的比较和泵串联特性分析,首次提出了用增压泵控制串接大功率注水泵的泵控泵(Pump-Control-Pump)技术。PCP技术在大庆采油三厂北Ⅱ-3注水站的应用,解决了注水泵泵效低、泵管压差大、单耗高等问题,节能效果明显,并取得了良好的经济效益。
Oil field water injection is an important technical method of stable and increasing production in home. Electric power consumption for water injection takes a great proportion in the total cost of oil production, however the energy-saving of water-flood pump station is the key. By comparing reclamation scheme of pump station and analyzing series property of pump, it is the first time to propose pump-control-pump technique that booster pump controls water-flood pump. The application of PCP technique in DaQing oil production factory dealt with series of problems that is low-level efficiency, high consumption, moreover, achieved positive energy-saving and economic benefits.
