摘要
一般认为,大学是非营利组织。本文认为,大学不完全是典型的非营利组织。高等教育属准公共产品,其收入不全来自财政拨款,公办高校是准非营利组织;民办高校其收入大部分来自学费,且可以支配结余,具有准营利组织属性;民办高校属于准营利组织,决定了其产业的属性。
Universities in general are belonged to nonprofit organizations. However, we suggest that universities are the atypical nonprofit organizations. Higher education is quasi - public goods, of which revenue do not totally come from financial allocation. So public universities are belonged to Quasi Non - profitable Organizations ; a large part of revenue of non - government schools come from the tuition fees and they can dispose revenue, and thus non - government schools are belonged to Quasi Non - profitable Organizations, which determines their industrial attribute.
