摘要
第三部门兴起于20世纪80年代,因其发展迅速,国外有学者认为,其政治、社会意义可以与19世纪末民族国家的兴起相媲美。有关第三部门,学术界研究成果很多,但都局限于一些民间的自治组织,而对属于第三部门重要组成部分的教育,尤其是高等教育涉及较少。事实上,纵观当今世界思潮,第三部门的全面兴起已属必然,在这种形势下,高等教育重新回归最初的组织形态,按照第三部门规则进行运作也是大势所趋。
The third sector had sprung up from 1980s on, some scholars from foreign thought which to be as important as engender of nation in 19th century. Now there are so many outcomes about the third sector in academic realm, but many of which limited to the private autonomic associations. As a matter of fact higher education is an important part of the third sector, although that always were ignored. In the future we should pay more attention to the theory of the third sector in order to promote the development of higher education.
