摘要
使用数字化分析系统对Fe基合金中V元素的可见光谱进行了谱图记录和观测分析等应用研究。结果表明:数字分析系统可以有效地解决目前Fe基合金中V元素看谱分析面临的很多问题;数字分析系统可降低看谱镜使用的技术难度,能有效地解决材料可见光谱的记录问题,使看谱分析结果具备了可追溯性,为光谱分析在质量控制领域的应用打下基础;数字分析系统可对Fe基合金中V元素分析的所有谱线给出客观的相对强度数据,避免了人眼视觉误差对测试的影响,增加了分析结果的可靠性。
A research on using the digital analysis system to analyze the vanadium element of ferroalloys was conducted including to record the visible spectrum of the vanadium, to observe and analyze its spectrum and so on. The result showed that, by using the digital analysis system, it is possible to solve effectively a lot of problems the normal spectrum analysis is confronted with: the operation of the spectrum analysis would become more easier, the problem with the record of visible spectrum of various materials would be effectively solved and therefore, the result of spectrum analysis can be traced back that would lay a foundation for the usage of spectrum analysis in quality control field. The digital system can be used to provide relative intensity data for all spectrum lines objectively so that the influence of human eye vision error on the analysis result can be avoided, and the reliability of analysis result would be increased.
