摘要
研究在热应激的情况下,油脂对蛋鸡血液生化指标的影响。选择健康蛋鸡180只,随机分为3组,每组60只,4个重复。一组和二组喂基础日粮,三组喂试验日粮,两种日粮的营养水平相同,但试验日粮中用1.8%的油脂代替了玉米。一组养在人工温控室(22℃),二、三组养在夏季的自然环境中。发现在热应激条件下,油脂能显著地提高血液中总脂、总蛋白、血钾和血钙的浓度(P<0.05),明显降低血糖和醛固酮的浓度(P<0.05),还能一定程度地降低血液皮质醇的浓度。所以,在高温环境中,油脂对维持体内生化指标的正常稳定有明显的作用。
To research the effect of soybean oil on the blood biochemical indexes of laying hen during heat stress, 180 laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 repeats, and the groups were separately treated with different breeding conditions and received examinations for their blood biochemical indexes. Results: Under heat stress of summer season, adding soybean oil can significantly increase the levels of serum fat, total protein, K^+ and Ca^+ ( P 〈 0.05) and significantly decrease the levels of serum glucose and aldosterone( P 〈 0.05). The content of serum cortisol is also decreased. Therefore, soybean oil works evidently to ensure the stable level of blood biochemical indexes for laying hens under heat stress.
