摘要
试验旨在研究热应激环境下在肉兔饲粮中添加油脂对肉兔生产性能的影响。选择40日龄左右新西兰兔189只,随机分成3个处理,即对照组、2%葡萄糖组和2%大豆油组,每个处理7个重复,每个重复9只。结果表明:与对照组相比,葡萄糖组和大豆油组日增重显著增加(P<0.05),分别提高了14.7%和22.8%,而料重比显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低了8.2%和16.9%,且葡萄糖组和大豆油组采食量都有增加的趋势,葡萄糖组增加更明显,各组肉兔的腹泻率和死亡率差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,在肉兔饲粮中添加油脂可以有效缓解热应激,改善肉兔的生产性能。
The purpose of this experiment was to research the feeds added in the oil influenced on the rabbit in conditions of heat stress environment.The experiments selected 189 New Zealand rabbits at the age of 40 days and those were randomly divided into 3 groups,a control group,2% glucose group,2% soybean oil group and each group was repeated 7 times,each repeated 9 rabbits.The results showed that the glucose group and soybean oil group daily gain significantly increased(P<0.05) with 14.7% and 22.8% respectively.However,feed gain decreased significantly(P<0.05),with 8.2% and 16.9% respectively.Glucose group and the soybean oil group intake increased and glucose group was more obvious.Every group rabbit diarrhea rate and mortality were not significantly different(P>0.05).Thus the feed added in the oil can effectively alleviate the heat stress,improve the production performance of meat rabbit.
