摘要
介绍了酒钢中板工序高压水除鳞系统的性能参数及特点,对其存在除鳞阀易堵塞、管路冲击振动大、系统供水等问题进行了分析,并提出相应的改造方案,对类似的高压水除鳞系统设计、改造具有一定借鉴作用。
Performance parameters and characteristics of high-pressure water descalling system of the Medium Plate Process, for JISCO were introduced. The questions that descaling valve were easy to be blocked, and vibration of pipeline was big and the system of water supply were analyzed. The appropriate project of technical reconstruction were proposed and provided references for the design and improvement of the same type high-pressure water system.
