摘要
从传热学基本原理出发,利用有限差分的方法建立了船板钢轧制过程中无热内源一维温度场数学模型,并编程对温度场进行模拟,通过与现场实测值进行比较,证明了模型精度较高,从而为船板钢产品组织性能预测提供了较准确的依据。
On spread calorifics basic principle base, utilizing limited method that difference divide into establish the mathematics model of temperature, to carrying on temperature fields simulation in the rolling course of board steel of ship, through comparing with surveying value, have proved models relatively higher in precision, thus offered more accurate basis for the fact that the properties of product of board steel of ship predicting models.
