摘要
为利用有限元法对点焊焊核直径进行分析,阐述了焊核模型的建立、加载以及后处理在有限元方法中的具体实现过程,根据数值模拟结果绘制了上层板底面回波峰峰值随焊核半径的变化曲线.数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明利用有限元方法可以对点焊焊核直径进行数值模拟,它为超声波定量检测焊核直径提供了数据资料.
In order to analysis of spot welding diameter, the realizations of modeling, loading and post processing are detailedly elaborated by using finite element method. The peak value of upper iron board underside echo vs. weld radius curve is portrayed. The simulation result is consistent with experiment, which indicates that finite element method is available for simulating the spot welding diameter measurement. The results offer data for quantitative measuring weld diameter.
