摘要
在电化学控制浮选研究中,需要建立包括电化学测量值在内的各种重要参数的数学模型。首先,需要对采集的大量数据进行处理。因浮选过程众多因素相互制约,为提高回归分析数学表达式的置信度,并提高数据处理的速度,用过渡矩阵对变量进行线性空间坐标变换,对变换后的数据进行统计检验,挑选重要变量进入回归方程。在Windows平台用Matlab进行软件编程和动态数据交换,为实时过程控制提供重要依据。
In research on electrochemistry control flotation, it's necessary to develop the mathematical model for important parameters including electrochemistry measurement values. Because many parameters in flotation process interact each other,it's important to process acquisitive data as quickly as possible and to improve the confidence of regression equation. This paper describes the data processing method: making coordinate transformation for variables by transition matrix in linear space, creating regression equation for new variables by statistic analysis and hypothesis test, at last, choosing important variables. The software programming is completed in Matlab for Windows. The ability of high speed processing and dynamic data exchange provides possibility for real-time process control of flotation.
