摘要
为克服矿石质量下降引起选矿工艺指标变坏，在西林铅锌矿采用了电化学控制浮选过程新技术。本文介绍了电化学控制浮选过程的六大优点；用铜离子活化闪锌矿的典型反应说明其物理化学模型的实质；尝试了根据系统采集的数据进行矿石分类，以便针对不同矿石采用相应的药剂制度。
A new technology,mineral flotation process,with electrochemi-cal control is used in Xilin Lead-Zinc Mine. Six advantages of the new tech-nology are discussed.The essence of physicochemical model of typical rea- ction,which activated sphalerite by copper ion, was described,It was attem-pted,that several ore types are classified according to acquired data fromthe system,so as to adopt effective reagent addition.
