摘要
[目的]探究鱼腥草中总黄酮和槲皮素含量的动态变化。[方法]在2006年5~10月采集鱼腥草花果期不同器官及不同季节的器官,烘干至恒重后测定总黄酮和槲皮素的含量。[结果]鱼腥草各器官的总黄酮和槲皮素含量差异较大。总黄酮的含量在各器官高低顺序为叶子〉果实〉花〉全株〉地上茎〉地下茎;槲皮素的含量在各器官高低顺序为花〉叶子〉果实〉全株〉地上茎;鱼腥草全草中总黄酮和槲皮素的含量在6~10月逐渐升高,10月含量达到最高;二者含量的分布在不同器官和不同季节中具相似性,且鲜草中槲皮素的含量比干品的含量高。[结论]该研究为提高鱼腥草药材质量、促进综合利用、规范化栽培、适时采收提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research probed into study the dynamic change of total fiavone and quercetin in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. [Method] The organs in flowering and fruiting period and the organs in different seasons of Houttuynia cordata Thunb were collected from April to October in 2006. And the content of total fiavone and quereetin was detennined after dying to constant weight. [Result] There were great discrepancies in the contents of total fiavone and quercetin in each organ of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.The content of total fiavone in each organ showed as follows: Leaf 〉 fruit 〉 flower 〉 frond 〉 aerial stem〉 subterraneous stem. ]he content of quereetin in each organ appeared as follow: flower 〉 leaf〉 fruit 〉 frond〉 aerial stem. The amount of total flavone and quercetin in Houttuynia cordata Thunb increased from July to October, and it could reach the highest in October. The content of beth appeared comparability in different organs or different seasons. Besides, the content of quercetin in flesh was higher than that in the dry plant. [Conclusion] The research can provided scientific evidence for improving the quality of the medical materials, promoting integrated utilization, standardized culti- vation and timely harvest.
