摘要
目的:建立鸡肉中7种氟喹诺酮类药物的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:使用Cloversil C18分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),采用甲酸水溶液-乙腈体系作为流动相,程序波长荧光检测器检测。结果:方法的线性范围为0.3~100μg/L,相关系数(r)大于0.9989;检出限为0.1~0.3μg/kg,定量限为0.3~1.0μg/kg;7种氟喹诺酮类药物在鸡肉中的平均回收率分别为87.9%~100.2%;相对标准偏差为1.1%~5.2%和1.3%~9.3%。结论:该方法准确灵敏、精密度好,用于鸡肉中氟喹诺酮类药物测定,结果满意。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven fluoroquinolone drugs (fleroxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, enoxacin, levofloxacin, lomfloxacin, enrofloxacin) by HPLC in chicken. Methods: HPLC separation was carried out on a Cloversil Cls column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) using formic acid aqueous solution acetoutrihe system as mo- bilephase, and determined by programmable fluorescence detection. Results:Linear range was 0.3 - 100 μg/L with correlation co- efficients more than 0. 9989. The limits of detection was 0. 1 - 0. 3 μg/kg, and the limits of quantification was 0. 3 - 1.0 μg/ kg. The mean recoveries for each analyte in chicken ranged from 87.9% to 100. 2% with relative standard deviation below 5.2% at 1 -100 μg/kg fortification level. Conclusion:The method is precise, accurate and sensitive to determine fluoroquinolone drugs in chicken.
