疏肝饮对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠胃动素和胆囊收缩素的影响 被引量:22

Effects of "Shugan Beverage" on Motilin and Cholecystokinin in Rats of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

摘要 目的观察中药疏肝饮煎剂对肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的治疗作用及对胃动素(MOT)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)的影响。方法番泻叶灌胃和束缚结合造模,以大中小剂量的疏肝饮煎剂治疗,得舒特为对照药物。测定大鼠稀便级及血清和结肠黏膜中MOT、CCK的含量。结果大中剂量的疏肝饮可以明显改变大鼠的稀便级;得舒特和疏肝饮煎剂都可以明显降低结肠黏膜中CCK的含量,MOT在血浆和结肠黏膜中无显著变化。结论疏肝饮煎剂可以缓解大鼠的腹泻,并对CCK有明显的调节作用,提示中药可以有效治疗肠易激综合征,并与调节胃肠激素有关。 Objective To study the effects of "Shugan Beverage" on motilin(MOT) and cholecystostomy(CCK) in rats of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) of liver depression and spleen deficiency: Methods The rat model was made by wrapping-restraint stress and perfusing sennae solution, and then treated respectively by small-, middle- and large-dosage of the Beverage and pinaverium. The MOT and CCK in plasma and descending colon tissue were observed. Results Middle- and large-dosage of the Beverage could improve loose stools; pinavefium and the Beverage could reduce the content of CCK in colon tissue, but did not change MOT anyhow. Conclusion "Shugan Beverage" can abate IBS by modulating the content of CCK in colon tissue.
