摘要
汽车驱动防滑系统(ASR)能够防止驱动轮在低附着路面上过度滑转,提高汽车的驱动性能和行驶方向稳定性。本文基于制动器惯性试验台,设计了汽车驱动防滑硬件在环试验平台。该系统采用直流电机驱动车轮,滚筒模拟路面,通过控制电机转速和给车轮制动轮缸加压制动防止驱动轮滑转。试验表明,该系统能够控制驱动轮滑转率在最佳范围内,模拟实车的驱动防滑控制,可进行汽车驱动防滑系统的硬件在环仿真研究。
ASR can prevent excessive drive wheel spin on a slippery road surface during acceleration and maintain acceleration performance,steer ability and stability of vehicle.A hardware-in-the-loop test bench for ASR was designed based on brake dynamometer.The bench adopts DC motor driving wheel,roller simulating road surface,and combines DC motor control with braking torque control to maintain the optimal slip ratio between tire and road.Experimental results show that the system can simulate ASR of real vehicle and perform hardware-in-the-loop simulation research.
