摘要
[目的]探索鸭肥肝高效生产的新油脂来源。[方法]通过添加4%玉米油或鸭油对骡鸭与樱桃谷鸭进行填饲试验,比较添加动、植物油脂对鸭产肝性能的影响。[结果]经过2周填饲,骡鸭与樱桃谷鸭的体重增长达43%,而肝重至少高出对照组5倍。填饲期添加玉米油较添加鸭油更利于提高肝重与降低料肝比,但差异不显著。骡鸭和樱桃谷鸭对玉米油的敏感性存在明显差异,而且骡鸭的产肝性能优于樱桃谷鸭。[结论]填饲期添加玉米油更有利于诱导鸭肥肝的形成。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss new sources of oils and fats for high efficiency production of duck fatty liver. [Method] The force feeding test was made on mule duck and cherry valley duck by adding 4% corn oll or duck oil to compare the effects of adding animal and plant oils on the fatty liver performance of duck. [Result] After force feeding for 2 weeks, the weigh increase of mule ducks and cherry valley ducks reached 43% and the liver weight was 5 times higher than that in control group at least. Compared with adding duck oil in force feeding stage, adding corn oil was more favorable for increasing the liver weight and reducing the material-liver ratio, but the difference was not significant. The sensitivity of mule duck and cherry valley duck to corn oil had obvious difference and the fatty liver performance of mule duck was better than that of cherry valley duck. [Conclusion] Adding corn oil in force-feeding stage was more favorable for inducing the formation of duck fatty liver.
