Research and Application Advances of Scale Control Methods in Oilfield

摘要 油井及集输系统结垢是我国油田注水后期存在的普遍问题。油气生产过程中由于压力、温度变化以及地层水和注入水不匹配,可在近井地带、射孔孔眼、井下油管、泵、地面设备、管道内形成垢,造成堵塞或产液量下降,阻碍原油生产。投加防垢剂是主要的防垢技术,成本低、效果明显,在国内外油田得到了广泛应用。文章概述了油田的结垢原因、类型和各种防垢方法。重点介绍了井下挤注防垢技术,并列举了国内外油田典型的应用实例,指出井下挤注防垢技术在国内油田的应用前景。与其他投放方法相比,挤注防垢剂可防近井地层、井下油管及地面管道内结垢,工艺过程简单,可靠性高,能降低油田综合生产成本。 The formation of scale is due to the change of pressure and temperature,and the incompatibility between stratum water and injected water.Scale can form in near well-bore zone,perforation,oil tubing and surface equipment,and can cause blockage and decline of production capacity.Application of scale inhibitors is an important technique for scale control,which is widely used abroad.This paper aims at discussing various mechanisms and patterns of scale formation as well as different methods for scale control,especially,describing the squeeze treatment of scale inhibitors.Cases of squeezing treatments in different oilfields are presented.Compared with other inhibitor placement and dosing techniques,inhibitor squeeze can prevent scale formation in near well-bone and perforation,and the process is simple,reliable and economical.
