氟是人体的必需微量元素。适量的氟对牙齿、骨骼、钙磷代谢,以及促进酶的活性都有着积极的作用。但是过量的氟又会造成氟中毒,产生一系列不良影响。本文介绍氟对机体的影响及食品中氟化物含量的检测方法。
The fluorine is a essential microelement for human body. The appropriate fluorine is good for tooth, skeleton, the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus as well as enzyme activeness. But excessive fluorine may bring about fluorosis and a series of side effects. This article introduces the influence of fluorine on organism and the mehtod to test the content of fluoride in food.
