重庆地区主要粮食氟背景值研究 被引量:2

ACKGROUND CONTENT OF FLUORINE IN MAJOR GRAINS PRODUCED IN CHONGQING REGION

摘要 重庆是我国地氟病的历史疫区,又是氟污染较重的老工业基地。为查明重庆地区主要粮食氟的污染状况,从重庆辖区内38个区县中,随机抽取土产玉米、小麦、稻谷各570个样品,按国家标准———氟离子选择电极法逐一测定各样氟含量。结果表明,含氟程度为稻谷>小麦>玉米,与国家氟限量标准相比,玉米被轻度污染,小麦中度污染,稻谷重度污染;污染分布规律是主城区>近郊区>边远山区。上述研究结果填补了重庆地区尚无氟背景值研究之空白,为人畜氟病防治提供了大量无法再生的资料。 Five hundred and seventy samples of locally produced corn, wheat and rice were randomly collected from 38 counties or districts under the jurisdiction of Chongqing Municipality, an age-old epidemic area of fluorosis and an old industrial base with serious fluorine contamination. Fluorine content in each sample was determined with the F ion choice electrode method, as stipulated in the national standard. The results showed that F content was highest in rice, flowed by wheat and corn. Compared with the national standard, rice produced in Chongqing is seriously polluted, wheat moderately polluted and corn lightly polluted. The distribution of F pollution may be described with the pattern of city zone > suburbs >remote mountainous regions.
