摘要
有效钾是近年才提出的一项衡量卷烟燃烧性的参数,烟叶中有效钾含量是衡量烟叶燃烧性的一个关键指标,常规方法分析有效钾需要测定钾离子、氯离子和硫酸根离子的含量,再计算出有效钾.常规方法引入化学试剂存在污染,方法复杂耗时,不利于卷烟样品的检测及质量控制.本文根据卷烟的化学分析数据和卷烟样品粉末的近红外光谱建立了卷烟有效钾的近红外分析技术,能准确测定和预测卷烟的有效钾含量,了解卷烟的燃烧特性.
Potent potassium was a parameter to estimate the combustibility of cigarette which proposed recently. The traditional methods of the potent potassium analysis need to detected potassium, chlorine and sulfate ions. It was time consuming and contaminated by chemical reagent, and was not good for detection and quality controlling of cigarette samples. A near infrared spectroscopy method for determination of potent potassium was developed in this work. The method can detect and predict the potent potassium easily. The potent potassium can explain the combustibility of cigarette very well.
