摘要
通过对2001—2003年湖南31个烤烟主产县551份烟叶样品进行检测和分析,结果表明:主要化学成分、烟气成分总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾、焦油量等与评吸质量相关性显著或极显著;与香气量密切相关的因素及其影响程度为:糖碱比>焦油量>抽吸口数>总糖>钾>烟气水分;与浓度相关的因素及其影响程度为:糖碱比>总粒相物>抽吸口数>钾,与刺激性密切相关的因素及其影响程度为:烟气烟碱>总植物碱>还原糖>抽吸口数>烟气水分>钾。
By means of examining and analyzing 551 tobacco leaf samples in the 31 mainly producing tobacco counties in Hunan during 2001-2003, the results show that the relationship between smoking quality and main chemical components,cigarette gas components including total sugar, reducing sugar,nicotine, potassium,tar amount and so on is related or extremely related:elements closely linked to volume of aroma and effect degrees of them act as: RS/Nic〉Tar amount 〉Mouthful smoking figure 〉Total sugar 〉Potassium 〉Water content of cigarette gas: the elements closely linked to concentration and effect degrees of them act as: RS/Nic 〉Total graininess mass 〉Mouthful smoking figure 〉Potassium, elements closely linked to biting taste and effect degrees of them act as: Nicotine in cigarette gas〉Nicotine〉Reducing sugar 〉 Mouthful smoking figure 〉Water content of cigarette gas〉Potassium.
