VEGF与MMP-9在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润、转移的关系

摘要 应用免疫组化SP法检测64例宫颈癌组织和16例正常宫颈组织中的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达,分析二者与宫颈癌病理学指标的关系及其相关性。结果显示,VEGF、MMP-9在宫颈癌组织中的表达分别高于正常宫颈组织(P均<0.05),在临床病理分期、有无淋巴结转移者的表达均有统计学差异(P均<0.05);前者在高分化和低分化者的表达有统计学差异,后者无统计学差异;两者表达呈负相关。提示VEGF和MMP-9在宫颈癌组织中的表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,两者表达呈负相关性。
