摘要
用紫外和红外光谱对提取的薯莨色素的结构进行了研究,探讨了薯莨在棉织物轧染工艺中的可行性;并以K/S值为主要依据确定了最佳工艺,测试了染色织物的透气性和抗紫外性能。结果表明,以FeSO4为媒染剂,对棉织物进行轧染处理,可以得到较好的染色效果,经薯莨染色后,织物透气性下降,抗紫外性能显著提高。
The structure of the pigments extracted from dioscorea cirrhosa Iour was researched by UV and FT-IR, the processes of cotton pad dyeing with dioscorea cirrhosa Iour were studied too, according to the K/S value, the optimal processes were confirmed, and the air permeability and anti- UV properties of the dyed fabric were tested. Results show that the good effect was achieved after pad dyeing using FeSO4 as the mordant, the air permeability of the fabric dyed with dioscorea cirrhosa Iour was dropped out, but the anti- UV property was improved markedly.
