摘要
针对钢管混凝土中水胶比较低,水泥不能完全水化这一问题,通过掺入释水因子来提高混凝土的内部相对湿度,以改善水泥水化环境。研究了各种释水因子的吸水与释水性能,以及释水因子的种类、密度等级等方面对混凝土的内部相对湿度的影响。结果表明,对于提高混凝土的内部相对湿度而言,吸水率、释水率高的黏土质释水因子明显高于页岩质释水因子,当释水因子种类相同时,掺密度等级低的作用高于密度等级高的。
The W/C of the steel tube-confined concrete is so low that cement carmot hydrate completely.According to these problems, mixes water-releasing factor to increase the internal relative humidity of concrete and improve the environment of cement hydrating.Studied the influences of absorbing and releasing water performance of water-releasing factor, and the influence of the variety, density rank of which on the internal relative humidity of concrete.The result indicated that speaking of increasing the internal relative humidity of concrete,the clay ceramisite, whose water absorption and release are stronger, is higher than the shale ceramsite obviously.For the same water-releasing factor,the lower the density rank is, the higher the influence on internal relative humidity of concrete is.
