摘要
研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率和陶粒预湿时间对高强轻集料混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:水胶比与强度之间呈反比关系,强度的增长存在一上限,接近上限时,提高陶粒自身强度是提高混凝土强度最有效的方法;而对于粉煤灰掺量和砂率,存在一个最优的砂率和粉煤灰掺量;陶粒预湿时间对强度影响较大,强度与预湿时间呈正比关系,预湿时间超过1 h后强度增长不大。
This paper presented the influence of water:cement (W:C) ratio, fly ash, sand ratio, the prewetting time of lightweight aggregate on the mechanical properties of high strength lightweight concrete. The results showed that the decrease of the W: C ratio increased the compressive strength of high strength lightweight concrete, and there was an critical limit of W/ C for the increase of the concrete strength. After passing that limit, improving the quality of lightweight aggregate was the economic way to make the strength improved. There was an optimal content for sand and fly ash. The pre-wetting time of lightweight aggregate had an obvious influence on the compressive strength before the prewetting time was not more then 1 h.
