不同浓度的蛋氨酸锌对乳鸽生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of supplementation with different concentrations of Zn-Met on immune functions and growth performance of young pigeons

摘要 试验选用1日龄美国白羽大王鸽48只,随机分为3组,每组16只,每日口服含蛋氨酸螯合锌制剂0mg(对照组)、2mg(Ⅰ组)、10mg(Ⅱ组)。通过对乳鸽滴加不同剂量的蛋氨基酸锌,研究其对生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,添加一定量的蛋氨基酸锌可有效提高乳鸽的生长性能;对其免疫性能也有一定的增强作用,试验组免疫器官指数和α-醋酸萘酯酶试验(ANAE)的阳性率均高于对照组,乳鸽母源抗体滴度下降减缓。 Forty-eight of one-day-old pigeons were randomly allotted into 3 treatments, 16 pigeons for each group. Two groups were supplemented with 2 mg and 10 mg Zn-Met every day in oral and and one group for the control.The experiments were conducted to study the effects of different Zn-Met on immune functions and growth performance.The resuits showed that Zn- Met increased the growth performance and immunity performance in pigeons.The immune organs index and ANAE positive cursory enhanced in the experimental had a slightly higher than the control group, disappearhan of mother antibody apparent was lower than that of control group.
