摘要
研究不同锌源在种鸡生产中对其生产、繁殖性能及蛋品质的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮、试验组在基础日粮中分别添加75 mg/kg的蛋氨酸锌(1组),蛋氨酸锌+硫酸锌(2组),蛋氨酸锌+碱式氯化锌(3组),碱式氯化锌(4组)(按锌含量计)。结果表明,对照组产蛋率与试验4组间差异不显著(P>0.05),与其他各组间差异显著(P<0.05);料蛋比试验4组比对照组提高了1.1%,试验1,2,3组分别比对照组降低了8%,13.45%,16.36%,试验3组最低;试验各组的平均采食量与对照组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。受精率、受精蛋孵化率试验1,2,3组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05),试验各组种鸡产蛋后期入孵蛋孵化率、死胎率与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。种鸡产蛋后期种蛋合格率试验2,4组与其他各组间差异显著(P<0.05);试验2组蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度较对照组有所提高。
The experiment was conducted to discuss the effect of production and reproductive performance and egg quality of different zinc sources in breeding layers production. In this experiment, 360 hens and 15 cocks of 50-week-old brown highland were randomly divided into 5 groups. The control group fed with basis diet, treatments were added ZnMet 2 （T1）,ZnMet 2 and ZnSO4 （T2）, ZnMet 2 and Zn5Cl2 （ OH ） 8· H2O （T3）, Zn5Cl2 （ OH ） 8· H2O （ T4 ） in basis diet （ melered by 75 mg/kg zinc ）, respectively. The results showed that laying rate of control group and T4 were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, compared with other groups were significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）; egg to forage of T4 than control group increased 1.1%, respectively, and T,, T2, T3 than control group decreased 8 %, 13.45 %, 16.36%, respectively; T3 was the lowest. Average foraging of every treatments and control group were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Fertility rate, hatchability of fertile egg of T,, T2, T3 and control group were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）, hatching rate, stillbirth rate of egg laying later stage each of the treatment and control group were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. In the later stage of egg laying, qualified rate of breeding layers of T2, T4 and other groups were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）; compared to the control group, the egg shell respectively in tensity and thickness of T2 had increased in a certain extent.
