摘要
研究了维生素对黏红酵母生产类胡萝卜素的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对培养基中维生素进行了优化,最终得出在培养基中添加VB1 0.2 mg/L、VB2 1.0 mg/L、VC 0.7 mg/L时,类胡萝卜素产量可达12.35 mg/L,比对照组提高了9.78%。
Effection of vitamin on carotenoid production by Rhodotorula glutins were studied in this paper. On single factor experiment basis, adopt to reponse surface analysis have carried out an optimization on culture medium vitamin, ultimate reach add VB1 in the culture medium 0.2 mg/L, VB2 1.0 mg/L, Vc 0.7 mg/L, carotenoid output may amount to 12.35 mg/L, compare contrast a group having improved 9.78%.
