运动发酵单胞菌同步糖化发酵厨余垃圾制取乙醇 被引量:9

Fuel ethanol production from kitchen garbage by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process using Zymomonas mobilis

摘要 以学生食堂的厨余垃圾为原料,接种运动发酵单胞菌同步糖化发酵制取燃料乙醇,探讨其发酵过程的影响因素,并与酵母发酵的结果进行对比.结果表明,较适宜的乙醇发酵条件为:固液比1:0.5,pH5,接种量10%,温度30℃,发酵时间40h,在此条件下,乙醇产量为53g/L.与接种酵母进行乙醇发酵相比,运动发酵单胞菌发酵具有乙醇产率高,发酵速率快等优点,可以有效地从厨余垃圾中生产乙醇. Kitchen garbage from students' dining room was utilized to produce ethanol through simultaneous accharification and fermentation (SSF) process by Zymomonas mobilis. The crucial factors affecting the fermentation and the corresponding optimum conditions were determined. The comparison in ethanol fermentation by Zymomonas mobilis and yeast was carried out. The optimum conditions were ratio of solid to liquid 1:0.5, pH 5, inoculum size 10%, temperature 30℃, fermentation time 40 h, corresponding optimum ethanol was 53g/L, Owing to high ethanol yield, quick fermentation rate, ethanol production by Zymomonas mobilis could be performed efficiently. The kitchen garbage could be utilized as the good resource to save the cost of ethanol production.
