摘要
甘蔗渣是一种制糖工业废料 ,主要含有丰富的纤维素类物质 ,纤维素类物质由五碳糖和六碳糖组成 ,通过粉碎 ,用 1%NaOH碱预处理 2 4h ,在 12 1℃、pH1 0的条件下水解 1h ,不同的酵母利用水解液发酵生产酒精的研究结果表明 :假丝酵母 1779能高效地利用水解液中的葡萄糖、木糖 ,转化生产酒精 ,发酵 4 8h ,测得发酵液中的酒精含量达 0 978g/ 10 0mL ,折合成干物质转化率为 13 0 4 %。
