一株可利用甘蔗渣水解液发酵酒精的菌株筛选 被引量:6

摘要 甘蔗渣是一种制糖工业废料 ,主要含有丰富的纤维素类物质 ,纤维素类物质由五碳糖和六碳糖组成 ,通过粉碎 ,用 1%NaOH碱预处理 2 4h ,在 12 1℃、pH1 0的条件下水解 1h ,不同的酵母利用水解液发酵生产酒精的研究结果表明 :假丝酵母 1779能高效地利用水解液中的葡萄糖、木糖 ,转化生产酒精 ,发酵 4 8h ,测得发酵液中的酒精含量达 0 978g/ 10 0mL ,折合成干物质转化率为 13 0 4 %。 Bagasse is the residue of sugar industry, which is ma inly composed of cellulose After comminuted and pretreated by 1% NaOH for 24 h , bassage was hydrolyzed at 121 ℃ and pH10The fermentation tests of hydr olysates to produce ethanol were conducted with different yeast strains The results indicate that Candida sp 1779 out of four strains could efficient ly utilize glucose and xylose of determined as hydrolysates to yield ethanol T he content of ethanol in medium was determined as 0978 g/100 mL at 48 h It a mounted to the conversion of dry substance as 1304%
