摘要
目的:优化微波辅助提取黄芩总黄酮的工艺。方法:通过单因素和正交试验设计确定微波辅助提取黄芩总黄酮的优化工艺条件。结果:优化工艺条件为提取时间30min、乙醇浓度60%、微波功率600W、固液比1:15、反应温度80℃;在此条件下,总黄酮提取率为69·27%。结论:优化后的工艺稳定可行,可为黄芩总黄酮提取工艺的产业化提供理论参考。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extract technology of total Flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by microwave-assisted method. METHODS: The optimal extracting parameters were obtained through single factor design and orthogonal experiment. RESULTS: The optimum condition was obtained was as follows: the extracting time was 30 min;the ethanol concentration was 60%; the microwave power was 600 W; the solid- solvent ratio was 1 : 15 and extracting temperature was 80 ℃ .In the above condition, the extracting ratio of total Flavonoids was 69.27%. CONCLUSION: The optimized extraction process is feasible and serves as rationale for the industrialization of the extract technology of total Flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
