清肺止咳口服液治疗咳嗽的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察清肺止咳口服液对小鼠止咳、祛痰、抗炎的作用。方法:分别采用氨水引咳法、酚红排泄法、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法观察清肺止咳口服液对实验小鼠止咳、祛痰、抗炎作用。结果:清肺止咳口服液能够明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,增加小鼠气管内酚红排泄量。结论:清肺止咳口服液具有显著的止咳、祛痰、抗炎作用。 Objective:To observe the function of Qingfei Zhike Oral Liquid in relieving cough,reducing sputum and anti-inflammation.Methods:the method of relieving cough by ammonia,method of phenolsulfonphthalein injected in abdominal cavity,method of dimethylbenzene applied on the ear were taken respectively to observe the function of Qingfei Zhike Oral Liquid.Results:Qingfei Zhike Oral Liquid evidently prolonged the mice's cough incubation period,reduced the cough times and inereased the phenolsulfonphathalein excretion quantity.Couclusion:Qingfei Zhike Oral Liquid has the evident function of relieving cough,reducing sputum and anti-inflammation.
