摘要
通过自行设计的搏击操教学内容,研究搏击操锻炼对女大学生在心理健康方面的影响并探讨适应素质教育的教学改革形式。结果显示:通过17周的搏击操锻炼,有助于调节女大学生的情绪,消除紧张心理,克服心理障碍,增强自信心,改善人际关系,丰富她们的情感,进而为引导女大学生积极参加健身活动提供理论依据。
The paper researches into the influence of the aerobic boxing on the psychological health of the girl university students and discusses the teaching reform suitable for the education for all-round development. The result showed that the boxing training for 17 weeks could alleviate the tension and increase the confidence of the girl university students,it could also help them to improve relationship with others.
