摘要
通过对温州市若干个健身俱乐部中有氧操健身者与指导员的基本现状进行调查,了解温州经营性健身场所有氧操的开展状况,针对其中存在的有氧操区域设施不完善、指导员自身素质不高等问题,提出相应对策.
The article is based on documentation, investigation interview, and investigation on the coaches and people who take part in exercises to found out the current developing situation of commercial gym in Wenzhou. The result shows the facilities in many gyms are not as good as we thought and the coaches＇ quality are not high. Besides, this paper provides some countermeasures.
