摘要
目的研究筒鞘蛇菰Balanophora involucrata的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱、NMR、ESI-MS、EI-MS和圆二色光谱等各种波谱和光谱方法对该植物醋酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果共分离鉴定了10个单体化合物,包括1个异香豆素、2个苯丙烯酸葡萄糖苷和7个黄酮化合物。分别是(2R)-圣草酚-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、(2S)-圣草酚-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、根皮苷(Ⅲ)、3-羟基根皮苷(Ⅳ)、三叶苷(Ⅴ)、(反式)-3,4,2′,4′,6′-五羟基查尔酮-2′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、金鱼草素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)、(反式)-1-O-对香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、(反式)-1-O-咖啡酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、短叶苏木酚酸甲酯(Ⅹ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为筒鞘蛇菰苷(balaninvolin)。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Balanophora involucrata. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds and NMR, ESI-MS, EI-MS, and circular dichroism spectrum was applied to elucidate their structures. Results Ten compounds, including an isocumarin, two phenylacrylic acid glucosides, and seven flavonoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of B. involucrata. They were (2R)-eriodictyol-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅰ), (2S)-eriodictyol-5-O-^-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅱ ), phloridzin ( Ⅲ ), 3-hydroxy-phloridzin (Ⅳ), trilobatin ( Ⅴ ), (E)-3, 4, 2', 4', 6'-pentahydroxychalcone-2'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅵ), aureusidin-4-O-β- D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅶ ), ( E ):1-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅷ), ( E )-1-O-caffeoyl-j3-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅸ ), and methyl brevifolincarboxylate ( Ⅹ ). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time and compound I is a new flavanone glucoside named as balaninvolin.
