摘要
通过构建一个包括国内、国外专利授权量的分析框架,利用1993-2006年的统计数据,实证检验了国内专利授权量和国外专利授权量对我国出口贸易的不同影响。结论认为,来自国外的技术创新显著地促进了我国出口贸易的发展,而我国自主创新能力对出口贸易的影响不显著,最后提出了相关的政策建议。
Using statistical data form 1993-2006, this paper constructs an analysis framework including domestic and foreign patent applications certified, and empirically examines the different effect of domestic and foreign patent applications certified on China＇s export trade. The results show that technology innovation from foreign countries significantly promoted China＇s export trade development, but the impact of China＇s independent innovation capability on export trade is not significant. Based on the analysis above, some relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
