植入型心律转复除颤器术后患者焦虑的原因分析和护理 被引量：12

摘要 目的调查和分析植入型心律转复除颤器术后患者焦虑的原因,为减轻植入型心律转复除颤器(implantable cardioverter defibrillator,ICD)术后的护理提供依据。方法采用ISCP-ICD焦虑问卷对23例安装植入型心律转复除颤器的患者进行调查。结果受访23例患者中ICD放电带来的打击是焦虑的最主要原因,ICD能否正常工作及经济负担也是患者焦虑的影响因素。结论植入ICD的患者表现出不同程度的焦虑,医务人员应加强心理支持和健康教育,缓解其焦虑情绪。
