摘要
针对具有复杂广义螺旋面的大型轴类零件,阐述了其轮廓度统一测量方法的理论基础,并将频域三点误差分离理论与误差补偿方法运用到测量方法中,最后对测量系统进行了功能设计和实验验证.
This article mainly introduces a theoretical basis for Unified method of profile error measurement against large axles form of complex generalized helicoids , and uses the frequency domain Three-point method for Error Separation Technique （CEST） and error compensation technique in the method of profile error measurement. Then the function design of measuring system is finished and validated by experiments,
