摘要
目的建立蛇胆陈皮胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中蛇胆汁和陈皮进行鉴别；用HPLC法测定牛磺胆酸钠的含量。结果在薄层色谱中能鉴别出蛇胆汁和陈皮；HPLC法测定牛磺胆酸钠在0.422-4.22μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999），平均回收率为99.29％，RSD=0.67％。结论建立的方法快速准确，重复性好，专属性强，可用于为蛇胆陈皮胶囊的质量控制。
Aim To establish the quality standards for shedan chengpi capsules. Methods Fel serpentis,pericarpium citri reticulatae were identified by TLC. Sodium taurocholate was determined by HPLC, Results Fel serpentis,pericarpium cirri reticulatae could be detected by TLC. Sodium taurocholate showed a good linear relationship within the range from 0.422 to 4.22 μg by HPLC （r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.29% ,with RSD of 0.67%. Conclusion The established method is rapid,accurate,reproducible and specific. This study provided a method for the quality control of shedan chengpi capsules.
