摘要
目的研究止咳颗粒中的挥发油提取和用β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的最佳制备工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油收集量、提油率(%)为挥发油提取考察因素,以包合物收得率、包合率为考察指标,应用显微成像法和TLC色谱法检测包合形成的新的物相。结果采用β-CD直接加入法包合,以挥发油:β-CD(mL∶g)为1∶8,包合时间为1 h,包合温度为60℃为最佳工艺;且新的物相中挥发油的成分与包合前基本一致。结论本工艺对止咳颗粒中的挥发油经β-CD包合后其组分没有变化,包合工艺合理,可行。
Objective To study the optimal inclusion process with β-cyclodextrin for essential oil of Zhike granules. Methods The study was carried out using the orthogonal design. The processing conditions were determined to select the inclusion percentage and the inclusion compounds as the control index. Results The best inclusion condition was the proportion of essential oil to β-cyclodextr was 1:8 (ml: g), the inclusion temperature was at 35℃ and inclusion time for 60 min. This new compound detected was similar to the former volatile oil by using micro imaging and TLC. Conclusion The essential oil component obtained by β-CD inclusion had no distinct change and this technique was reasonable and feasible.
