轻度认知损害的老年病人的多导睡眠图特点分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨轻度认知损害(MCI)老年病人多导睡眠图(PSG)变化特点,为早期诊断MCI提供依据。方法应用多导睡眠生理仪,采用眼电图和下颌肌电图及脑电图技术,对17例MCI老年病人(MCI组)的PSG进行全夜监测,并与18名正常老年人(NC组)对照。结果与NC组比较,MCI组睡眠总时间减少[NC组(38l±s37)min,MCI组(313±67)min,P<0.01],觉醒时间增加[NC组(30±9)min,MCI组(53±17)min,P<0.01],睡眠维持率下降[NC组(94±10)%,MCI组(85±13)%,P<0.05],第1阶段睡眠百分比增加[NC组(13.7±2.3)%,MCI组(28±10)%,P<0.01],第2阶段睡眠百分比降低[NC组(60±4)%,MCI组(51±18)%,P<0.05]和第3阶段睡眠百分比降低[NC组(9±5)%,MCI组(4±3)%,P<0.01],快眼动(REM)睡眠强度增强[NC组(21±4)%,MCI组(40±22)%,P<0.01]。结论PSG中的深度睡眠减少可能是MCI病人所具有的特定的电生理学指标之一。 AIM To assess the changes on the whole night polysomnography (PSG) in aged patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) . METHODS The whole night PSG were performed in 17 patients (MCI group) with MCI and 18 normal subjects (NC group) by Neurofax-PSG sleep instrument. RESULTS The total sleep duration, waking times, sleep efficiency, percentage of stage 1 sleep, percentage of stage 2, percentage of sleep stage 3 sleep and REM intensity were (381 ± s 37) min and (313 ± 67) min, (30 ± 9) min and (53 ± 17) min, (94± 10) %and (85 ± 13) %, (13.7±2.3) %and (28±10) %, (60±4) %and (51 ± 18) %, (9 ± 5) % and (4 ± 3) %, (21 ±4) % and (40 ± 22) % in NC group and MCI group respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05) . CONCLUSION The decrease in deep sleep of PSG might be one of specific electrophysiological indexes of MCI patients.
