摘要
使用火法冶炼的金属锰与铜组成锰基减振合金系,并为改善性能而填加了其他元素。以该类合金热处理后的显微组织特征为对象,研究热处理组织与减振性能的联系;同时测试其在不同振动频率下的减振性能,探索加入某些元素后对材料减振性的影响效果。该研究成果可为火法冶炼的锰合金开拓使用领域。
Damping alloy was composed of smelting manganese and pure copper, some elements were added into the alloy in order to improve its property. The relation between heat treatment phase and damping performance was studied by comparing the micro-phases of alloy foreand aft heat treatment, and at the same time, its damping performance was tested at different frequency. This result could be used for developing usage of metallurgy manganese alloy.
