摘要
研究了不同工艺条件下FeCrAl合金析出相的类别、数量,发现合金的主要析出相为M23C6与AlN。分析了冷却速度和保温时间对合金阻尼能力的影响,得出了阻尼能力较低时的冷却速度和保温时间,此时相应的析出相尺寸为110~136nm。
The type and quantity of precipitates in a FeCrAl alloy have been studied under different processing conditions in this article. It is observed that the main precipitates are M 23 C 6 and AlN. The effect of cooling rate and isothermal time on damping capacity of the alloy is analysed. The cooling rate and isothermal time which corresponds to the lowest damping capacity are gotten, and the size of precipitates is in the range of 110~136 nm under this condition.
