摘要
采用行为事件访谈技术对高职院校管理类学生职业胜任力进行研究,在此基础上编制问卷进行调查,并运用SPSS12.0统计软件进行分析,结果显示,高职管理类学生的职业胜任力包括管理、操作、人际、品质、社会、成长6个维度。各种胜任力相辅相成。不同企业对各种职业胜任力要求有所差异。
The study investigated students by questionnaire compiling based on behavior event interview technique, then analyzing by applying Spssi2.0 statistic software, and the outcomes show that, the professional competence of management-type higher vocational school students include 6 dimensions: management, opertion, interpersonal relationship, trait, society and growth, and various dimentions are complemented with each other, different enterprises usually require different dimensions.
